Day 4

It's a STEP in the right direction!

I was having some major "what the heck do I write about today?", issues! It was bad enough I slept most of the day away. I honestly hadn't done a thing. Normally I wouldn't feel bad about this, but NOW I have an audience. I was feeling the pressure.
Than I got a instant message from Jay. He said he was going to the gym. A few thoughts went through my mind...first..RIGHT ON! He will be coming back all sexy like! Second...I am glad he is finding things to do and than with that thought I went, Oh no, he is finding things to do! How the heck is this happening? He is there, riding his bike, going to the gym and finishing school. Me.. yeah well I am sleeping in till noon! This looks bad!
With that I turned off America's Got Talent and headed to the garage. There I located my step aerobics stuff and weights. I brought them in the house and set them in the general direction of the tv. Than the phone rang. I was momentarily detained with phone calls and gossip. I sat back down ignoring the big blue step in the living room and cheered on the little opera singer. I realized I had not eaten yet but it was almost time to get the girls off the bus. Whats a girl to do? Ohhh I have fabulous little cupcakes, that will do! I loaded up the dog and off we went to get the crazies off the bus.
I had every intention of coming home and putting this body well on it's road to a Gisele look alike. I realized though that cupcake did nothing to change my need for substance so I made a perfectly healthy snack.
Now it's five o' clock. Dinner, bath, bedtimes and Project Runway are awaiting me. So I have come to terms with Jay and his go-getter attitude and realized I am just one person and digging through the garage was all the workout this married, single mom was getting today. There is always tomorrow. I mean even Gisele can't do it everyday...right? Don't answer that...I am going with the fact that some days she eats a cupcake too!

Some days it's about the intention and Not the action!

See if they have any work out classes around to go to. it took tim leaving, pieper being taken away and looking at the lovely muffin top i have made my body turn into!! now i am 29 lbs down but i sure would like one of those cupcakes!! if i was there with u (never will i say here i dont even want to be here) we could eat cupcakes, play guitar hero, and talk about how we should work out lol ooo old times lol
