I can truly find a joke in almost anything.
BUT...
There is something I take very seriously.
It can make or break my night.
It can make me frown or make me smile.
It is so beyond serious. I will search high and low for the exact right one.
Once I find the right one, I am content.
What is this so serious thing in my life?
SALSA!
There is only one restaurant that has really ever met my demanding needs in the salsa department.

After eating there everywhere has tasted like slop.
Tonight was no different. I had a few dollars and thought due to the rain it was absolutely unsafe to cook.
How did I come to this conclusion you ask?
Rain brings on thunder, lightning, flooding.. all of which I should not be turning on the electrical appliances during... so you can see UNSAFE. (that's my story and I am sticking to it)
So we went to Applebees.
I should have cooked!
This poor pitiful picture (from my cell phone) is their chips and salsa. It makes me sad just looking at this now.
Unfortunately the meal did not get better as time went on.
So I warn you, steer clear of bad salsa places!
It's all downhill if the chips and salsa are not up to par!
And when going to North Charlestons Applebee's do yourself a favor and sit in the smoking section.
Maybe the taste of smoke will dry out your palette and you will not be sitting here like me with vast disappointment and an empty belly.
